I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and approaches therapy relationally, putting clients at ease in a safe and calm environment. I provide person-centered therapy that is trauma-informed and strengths-based. I work collaboratively with individuals and couples who are struggling with grief, anxiety, life transitions, spiritual distress and trauma. I take great care to help clients name their own needs and find therapeutic strategies that make sense to you. I specialize in grief, loss and end of life issues. I hold a Domestic Violence Training Certificate, Level I Gottman Training for Couples and am Internal Family Systems informed. In my free time, you'll find me exploring Chicago with my family and hanging out at the lake with a great book.
