Approach: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)- Collaborative, structured, and strengths-based therapy
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware—but still feel stuck in the same emotional patterns, relationship struggles, or cycles of anxiety. Some are navigating addiction or dual diagnosis concerns while trying to manage the pressures of work, relationships, and daily life. Others may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or frustrated that insight alone hasn’t created the change they want. If you’ve been trying to “hold it together” while silently struggling, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity, stability, and confidence.
I work with adults and young professionals experiencing anxiety, addiction, trauma, identity concerns, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also specialize in dual diagnosis treatment, helping clients better understand the connection between addictions, emotional health, and underlying patterns that may be contributing to distress. My goal is to help clients build healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
My therapy style is collaborative, practical, and intentional. Sessions with me are supportive while also focused on helping you make measurable progress. Together, we’ll identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, develop concrete tools for managing difficult emotions, and strengthen your ability to make decisions aligned with your values and goals.
My work is rooted in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based therapy. I also recognize the importance of cultural identity, personal and religious values, and lived experience in the healing process. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered.
I believe therapy should feel intentional, supportive, and growth-oriented. If you’re ready to better understand yourself, improve your relationships, and make lasting changes, I’d love to connect with you.
