I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain as they navigate personal, relational, and developmental challenges. I also enjoy working with families and individuals experiencing transitions that may affect their sense of connection, identity, and well-being. My hope is to help clients feel understood and supported while developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.
My approach to therapy is relational and person-centered, grounded in attachment work. I believe meaningful growth can emerge through a genuine therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and acceptance. In our sessions, I seek to create a space where you can slow down, process what you are experiencing, and explore difficult thoughts and emotions without feeling judged. Together, we can recognize your strengths and resources while working toward meaningful change at a pace that feels supportive to you.
I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and neurodivergence, family and relationship concerns, school-related challenges, self-esteem and identity, life transitions, and grief. I recognize that each person’s experiences are shaped by their relationships, culture, identity, values, and lived experiences, and I seek to honor these factors rather than approaching therapy with a one-size-fits-all perspective. I am also open to incorporating faith and spirituality into therapy when these are meaningful to the client.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking, spending time in forest preserves, and hiking. I value the opportunities these activities provide to slow down, connect, and recharge.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin, you do not have to navigate it alone. If you feel that we may be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out and take the next step together.
