Life can feel like a journey with unexpected twists, turns, and detours. At times, you may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about the path ahead. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples who are seeking support, growth, and greater well-being. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, struggling with self-doubt, carrying the weight of difficult experiences, or trying to adjust to a season of change. Together, we create a supportive environment where you can explore your experiences, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. My intention is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued as you navigate life's challenges and work toward meaningful growth. Sessions may involve processing difficult experiences, building coping skills, strengthening relationships, and reconnecting with your values and strengths.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and stress management. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care while tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs. I also offer faith and spiritual integration for clients who wish to incorporate those values into the therapeutic process.

When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy spending time in nature, taking walks, and sharing quality time with family and loved ones.

Wherever you are on your journey, therapy can be a space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change. I invite you to reach out when you're ready to take the next step.
