Providing social justice through holistic therapy is essential to the mission and vision of Cornerstone Counseling Center of Chicago (CCCOC). To meet the needs of our clients and ensure that affordability is not a barrier to seeking therapy, we developed the Client Access Program (CAP).
The CAP is designed to serve clients at all income levels and ensure they receive the best level of care. Therapeutic services will be provided by Master's and Doctoral level therapists, who are supervised by a licensed clinician with a commitment to exceptional care for the client and personal development services.
If you or someone you know is interested in applying for the program, please click here or contact our main office and request an application. Please note that proof of income must be provided to receive a determination. Upon review of your application, we will notify you of your cost of therapy and schedule your appointment. At this time all sessions are done virtually. You can submit your completed application and proof of income:
- Via email to cccoc@chicagocounseling.org
- Via fax to (312) 275-7922
If you have any questions, please contact us at (312) 573-8860
